About HelpMe

HelpMe aims to inspire vulnerable people to seek and accept help.

By addressing the stigma associated with mental illness and through increasing awareness of suicide and how to prevent it, we believe more people in distress will be kept safe and well.

HelpMe shares real stories from every day people. Their stories are from the heart. Told by not only those who are directly diagnosed with a mental illness, but also those who surround them – they address the challenges they all faced and in some cases confronted, with the right help.

You can help by donating time or money to HelpMe, and therefore, Lifeline WA. We also need corporate support and for people to actively seek further education through Lifeline WA’s many programs so that the number of vulnerable people finding themselves ‘in crisis’ in society can be significantly reduced.

We can all help.
